Refund Policy

PLEASE READ OUR RETURNS POLICY CAREFULLY

We take special care to inspect all goods before they leave the warehouse.
When receiving your goods please take the time to inspect your goods thoroughly before signing for them as failure to do so may affect your ability to claim for damages once you have accepted them.

Defective or incorrect goods must be reported to us immediately preferably whilst the driver is still there.

The 30% handling charge will be waved if the goods delivered were proved to be incorrect or damaged.

In the unlikely event that the customer is unhappy with the goods supplied, they can be returned to the Kudos Flooring warehouse premises within 14 days of purchase. Customer will be refunded less 30% of the purchase price which is a handling charge and less the delivery charge where applicable.

The balance will be refunded once the goods are confirmed to be in the same condition as delivered.
Kudos Flooring can arrange collection of the goods for a charge, which should be confirmed prior to requesting collection.

Without exception, no returns will be accepted after 14 days. Shortages, damages and incorrect deliveries must be notified to Kudos Flooring within 2 working days of receipt and, wherever possible, will be rectified within a further 14 working days subject to availability.

Where payment is made by a credit/debit card, any refund will be to the same account.
